I am a recent client of Lori Lindholm , who by the grace of God came into my life in my greatest time of need. I was a victim of real estate scam and was an owner of two investment homes that were being rented out to individuals through a real estate investment management company that left both me and the renter of my two homes in a mess. I was looking at foreclosure with these homes and no where to turn when Lori happened to drive by my houses with the 'FOR SALE BY OWNER' sign planted in the front yards. She had a desire to call me and tell me how she could help sell these homes in a short sale transaction and she would and could deal with the mortgage companies.
Needless to say on both homes I had first and second mortgages and she fought for me the whole way. All it took from me was to get my share of the paper work to her and she got it done. She sold both homes, one in 3 months and the other in 7 months. And kept them out of foreclosure.

I Owned a rental property in Colorado and had been waiting for the market to turn around before selling.
