FIRST TIME Buyers has been EXTENDED! To Qualify for the FIRST TIME HOMEBUYER TAX CREDIT, Buyers
Must not have owned a home in the last 3 years from
the closing date of the New Property Purchased! Buyer's
must Identify a Property and be under contract no later than April 30, 2010.
